Introduction: Thank you for choosing us for your business needs. Our mission is to strengthen and empower the local Korean community one small business at a time. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for Austin Korean Association Membership & Digital Marketing services, including our tiered business listings and optional upgrades. By selecting a service tier and submitting this form, you agree to these terms.

I. Service Tiers and Pricing

Please select your desired service tier. All payments are due quarterly and prior to the start of said quarter. Prices are subject to change.

Description of Services:

• Biz 1 Level (Top Tier): $50 setup / $70 per month. Includes a dedicated full landing page without contextual links for maximum focus, and a priority listing with a direct click-through to your page.
• Biz 2 Level: $50 setup / $50 per month. Includes a full landing page with contextual links, and a preferred listing position above Biz 3 and 4 levels.
• Biz 3 Level: $50 setup / $30 per month. Includes a half landing page with contextual links at the bottom and a preferred listing position above Biz 4.
• Biz 4 Level: A free, basic business listing under the [Establishments Categories] tab, without a dedicated landing page.

Optional Upgrades: (Biz Levels 3 or above required)

• Featured Placement: Tier 1: $200/month | Tiers 2-3: $150/month
• Sponsored Placement: Tier 1: $150/month | Tiers 2-3: $100/month

What are the Tier pages?

• Tier 1 – Main pages (e.g., Home, About Us, Discourse, Headlines)
• Tier 2 – Secondary pages (e.g., individual Headlines articles or Discourse posts)
• Tier 3 – Tertiary pages (e.g., older articles and posts)

II. Terms and Conditions

Please read and confirm your understanding and agreement to the following terms:

1. Service Commitment: We will provide the services as described for the selected tier and any chosen upgrades. All payments are due quarterly and prior to the start of said quarter.
2. Client Responsibilities and Edits: The client agrees to provide basic business information. If desired, we can provide enhanced copy. The service includes one edit per quarter. Additional edits may be offered at a determined cost based on the level of edits.
3. Content and Intellectual Property: The client confirms they have the legal right to use all content, including text, logos, and images, provided to us for their listing and marketing campaigns.
4. Liability: We are not responsible for any lost business or damages arising from our services. Our services are provided "as is" and we make no guarantees regarding business success or specific outcomes.
5. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees will be due immediately.
6. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
7. Data Protection: We will handle all client data in accordance with our privacy policy. Client information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
